ENABLING LOCATION SERVICES

The law requires us to verify that you are located in Ontario in order to participate in this raffle. To purchase tickets, you must first allow your device to access your location.

Each browser or device will prompt you for permission before accessing your location. If a pop-up window appears while you are in the checkout page asking whether the site can access your location, YOU MUST ALLOW IT. If access was previously denied, it must be manually re-enabled.

If you are located in the province of Ontario and are experiencing geolocation issues, please follow the steps below to adjust your settings and allow the site to detect your location.

Google Chrome (Android)

  • Open Chrome
  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner → Settings
  • Go to Site Settings
  • Select Location (at the top)
  • Select See all requests
  • If a site is blocked, click on it and change the permission to Allow

Microsoft Edge (PC & Mobile)

  • Open Edge
  • Click the three dots in the top-right corner → Settings
  • Go to Privacy, search, and services → Site permissions → All permissions → Location
  • Turn on Ask before accessing
  • Update any blocked sites to Allow

Safari (Mac)

  • Open Safari
  • Go to Safari → Settings → Websites
  • Select Location and choose Allow or Ask for the relevant site

Safari or Chrome (iPhone & iPad)

  • Open Settings on your device
  • Go to Privacy & Security → Location Services
  • Find Safari Websites or Chrome
  • Select Allow While Using the App
